Background:

Charter Dispatch was founded by two American businessmen with a combined experience of more than 40 years in the transportation, tour and travel industries. Both having operated successful companies related in nature to Charter Dispatch. One has been in business for 20 years as a bus and motor coach operator and the other almost 10 years in the tour and travel business as well as 10 years in the transportation business. The object of the aforementioned process is to create domestic and international exchanges of networked information in order to create reliable business and financial relationships between our company members.

The Database:

Charter Dispatch operates a revolutionary new database system that redefines the way the hospitality, transportation; tour and travel industries inter-connect and network with each other in addition to the ultimate end user, the consumer. Our database of multi-faceted listings helps transportation operators find groups, tour companies find bus charter carriers, bus companies find towing services, hotels find tour and travel operators, brides and bride grooms find limousine companies, restaurants find anniversary couples and parties, flower shops find wedding couples and so on down to the smallest vendors and suppliers. To be a member of Charter Dispatch you must be involved in one of the aforementioned industries either directly or indirectly. You must also hold membership and or operational authorities in one or more associations within your industry, such as IATA or NTA for travel professionals or an ICC M/C number or State authority (or both) for U.S. motor coach companies. At this time we are taking members from the United States, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Philippines and South Korea. Rating System:

Charter Dispatch wants you to make informed and reliable decisions about your business partners. To this end we have developed a rating system among the Charter Dispatch membership. As either the contracted or contracting party, you will be able to rate your business partner(s) on basic business criteria such as: payments, promptness, cleanliness, adherence to agreements and more. All validated ratings will then be calculated and posted to the appropriate company or entity. Falsification and or retaliatory ratings will not be tolerated and may be cause for suspension or termination as a Charter Dispatch member. Validated low ratings may also be cause for suspension or termination. Validation of serious safety infractions that place Charter Dispatch customers in jeopardy is cause for immediate termination with forfeiture of all benefits and membership dues.
