Sharing and Disclosure: Charter Dispatch does not sell, rent, or share personal or corporate information with people, entities or companies, except to secure products and or services specifically requested by our subscribers/members (herein known as "subscribers").

Charter Dispatch only provides information to associates and other company personnel who work on behalf of us and under confidentiality agreements. Associates and companies may use your personal and corporate information to obtain service(s) you have requested through Charter Dispatch and all of its subsidiaries.

Charter Dispatch will share information with State and Federal authorities in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, or situations involving potential threats of physical or verbal violence, or the safety of any person, inclusive of Charter Dispatch personnel, intellectual property or other Charter Dispatch subscribers.

Information Collection and Use: Charter Dispatch collects required corporate and or personal information when a potential subscriber requests membership in, or confirms our offer of, limited free or paid membership.

When you confirm service we may ask for information such as corporate name, responsible party (subscriber) name, email address, physical address, zip code, company Federal and State operating authorities, insurance verification, credit card information and other required information as deemed necessary by Charter Dispatch. For some financial products and services we may also ask for your financial physical address. Once you register with Charter Dispatch you are no longer anonymous. If a credit card number is issued, that number is not held on file unless you authorize Charter Dispatch to retain it for repeated usage other than monthly fees/dues. Otherwise it will be destroyed after your authorization to utilize it, and only our merchant service company will keep a record for monthly billing.

Charter Dispatch receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, any cookie information, and the page(s) you request.

Charter Dispatch may use information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, and conduct research and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.

Confidentiality and Security: Charter Dispatch allows limited access to corporate and personal information about our subscribers to employees who we reasonably believe need to come into contact with that information. This information is provided to Charter Dispatch employees in order to provide products or services that subscribers have requested or Charter Dispatch reasonably believes will be of value to our subscribers.

Charter Dispatch has physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with Federal and International regulations to protect corporate and personal information about you.

In most areas Charter Dispatch uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmissions.

Changes to Charter Dispatch Privacy Policy: Charter Dispatch may alter or update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you (subscribers) about significant changes in the way we treat personal information, by sending a notice to the primary email address specified, or by placing a prominent notice on the Charter Dispatch web site.
